Quality Control of Health Services of The National Health Insurance Era in East Java - Indonesia: Barriers and Strategy

The National Health Insurance ( JKN) system is designed to provide the availability of quality health services, but until now JKN participant have not felt care. purpose this study identify threats and weaknesses in care control formulate implications its strategy. was conducted at four Regional General Hospital (RSUD) East Java - Indonesia, namely RSUD IbnuSina Gresik, NgudiWaluyoWlingiBlitar, dr. H. SlametMartodirdjoPamekasan, KoesnadiBondowoso. sampling research samples by purposive data retrieval with questionnaires interviews. Analysis techniques used are external factor analysis, internal SWOT analysis. results found that barriers services delay payment hospital claims Social Security Regulatory Agencyof (BPJS Health), INA-CBGs rate, BPJS Regulations low people awareness for a healthy lifestyle. In terms hospitals, fraud prevention systems been affective. implication strategy hospitals must develop implement information properly.
